Harold is a specialist in concrete QC and QA who has extensive experience in working abroad. Training and Advising local PLN Engineers in dam construction/ConcreteTechnology and all aspects of Civils works. Day to day work includes reading drawings and following up work progress on site. Laboratory testing, conc. and crusher plant, materials (Aggs, re-bar, formwork) inspections. Mix designs for all applications, computor analysis of strength results. Tunnel work includes shotcreting rock bolting, conc. lining and sampling. During his last two projects he has worked in the FIDIC system and with JIS standards, assisting the Claims Engineer in solving contractural problems in joint meetings with the Client, Engineer and Contractor in presence. My knowledge of FIDIC is good and I am capable of resolving problems as and when they arise On the projects. I have many years experience in Civils and Quality works and would be an asset To any company working in any of the above fields of work.

Set up a audit and inspection team to cover over 200 job sites. This included QA/QC inspections to Korean staff. On site visit made to audit site labs, also multi storey buildings, bridges, roads, and a car manufacturing plant inspected.

Quality Control manager, in charge of 8 T.C.N staff. Ensuring good QC procedures maintained for concrete production. Visited over 50 job sites to resolve Technical problems and offer advice. Planned and executed large volume conc. Pours inspection of various projects, (buildings, roads, bridge) etc. to perform in situ tests for strength'’ and making detailed technical reports.

On Site inspection of civils projects including buildings, harbours, water treatment plants and concrete, asphalt pre-cast plants to ensure A.S.T.M standards being met. Training of local staff in QC procedures, reviewed QA/QC procedure submitted by suppliers and making recommendations on suitability of putting supplier’s aramco listings.

Responsible for production, sales, budgets and Q.C on a concrete/ mortar plant. Daily site liason with Contractor’s for scheduling deliverers. Made daily site visits for giving Technical Advice, also supervised plant staff/drivers/QC men on Plant.

Responsible for production of mass concrete from 2 x B/Plants, stock control, materials ordering, plant maintenance. Up to 130 T.C.N staff to train, supervise. Site visits to assist Contractor’s in preparing for volume pours. Technical advise given and a fully stocked QC Lab on site.
