AEC Membership Guidelines
AEC will accept new members given that the following guidelines are met:
- That the proposed new member will have over 20 years of relevant experience. Preference will be given to new members who add to the skill base or regional experience of AEC and do not duplicate it.
- That the proposed new member be known of by one of the existing members.
- That the proposed new member be willing to use their contacts to assist in the marketing of AEC for the benefit of all members.
- That the proposed new member is accepted by the Directors of AEC. That the new member is accepted at one of the regular general meetings of AEC by all members attending.
- That the new member be willing to conduct their correspondence with AEC via the internet.
AEC currently charge a nominal UK£50 annual fee for all new members.

For engineers with less than 20 years experience who are interested in working with AEC, AEC is willing to keep their CV's on file.
